09 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vo Vinh Lac retains ownership of unused concepts, drafts, design explorations, internal processes, source files, and presentation materials. Final approved deliverables may be transferred to the client after full payment, depending on the agreed project terms. Completed work may be displayed in this portfolio, website, social media, or proposals unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for any third-party subscriptions, licenses, hosting costs, or usage fees unless otherwise agreed.
